Strategy and Planning
Together we will develop strategies to quantify and qualify the potentials to be used by e-mail marketing (new and current customer business).
We analyze the competition and necessity to determine the target groups and choose appropriate e-mail marketing approaches (e.g. newsletter, product campaigns, trade fair invitations). Concepts for the execution of e-mail marketing measures will be created (time tables, costs) and prerequisites for business processes, organisation and technical platform will be documented. We use also data base marketing to support you to choose special target groups. Using the combinations of reading and click behaviour it is possible to find correlations and define new target groups. You can use it for reactivation of “sleeping” customers or just to build up and use cross-selling and up-selling potentials. Hence with intelligent data base marketing and e-mail marketing a superior success will be created.
Execution
Execution is seen in individual detailed concepts for the special e-mail marketing actions, in the administration of the project, the selection of providers (e.g. address broker, content provider), the system integration (programming, tests, roll-out and training) and in operational campaign management. At this point it would be a pleasure to overtake your campaign management.
